We are renovating the building facade!

On April 20, 2026, renovation works on the facade of Vefa Shopping Center began. The project will be implemented with the involvement of specialists from Turkey.

On behalf of the administration, we inform you that the modernization will not affect our operations. The shopping center will continue to function as usual throughout the renovation period.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Vefa building. At the time of its opening, it became one of the first shopping and entertainment centers in Kyrgyzstan and played a significant role in the development of modern urban infrastructure.

Since 2023, we have been consistently implementing an updated development strategy. During this period, sanitary facilities and prayer rooms have been modernized, the atrium glass dome has been replaced, column cladding has been renewed, and a number of other improvements have been carried out to enhance comfort and safety for visitors. Special attention has also been given to optimizing the tenant mix and reducing excessive retail kiosks in favor of public spaces.

The renovation project includes updating the building’s exterior in line with modern architectural solutions, as well as the use of environmentally friendly and advanced technological materials.

Our main goal is to create a safer, more comfortable, and functional space for city residents, as well as to give the building a modern and aesthetically appealing look. These changes will serve as the starting point for a large-scale transformation of the entire shopping center.
